This policy covers the website at talentsightscorp.com, operated by TalentSights Corporation ("we", "us"), of BLK 5 LT 7 Balagtas Street, Cebu City, Cebu 6000, Philippines. Our apps, including Extempo, have their own privacy policies that explain what those apps collect.

What we collect

• Nothing through forms. This site has no accounts, sign-up forms or comment boxes.
• Email you send us. If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Standard request data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do not do

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics on this site. We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use emails you send us only to read and reply to them, and to keep a record of the conversation. We keep them for as long as needed for that purpose and then delete them.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (Cloudflare and Google Workspace), or when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Write to [email protected].
